Ordering for your stand
Before you can purchase items for your stand, you will need to register for an exhibitor webshop account and add at least one stand.
If you need to register, click here
To add a stand, go to My account and click Add stand. Enter your stand name or number, along with the width and depth in meters. This will automatically calculate the area required when ordering flooring.
Once your stand has been added, you’ll see a Buy items button, which takes you to the shopping area. Add items to your basket, and if multiple categories are available for your stand type, you can navigate between them at the top of the page.
When you’re ready, click Review order to view your basket and proceed to checkout.
Uploading a positioning diagram
Depending on your stand type and the items you have ordered, you may need to provide a positioning diagram.
This can be uploaded at any time from the relevant stand tile within your My account page.
You can download a blank positioning diagram here.

APPLIANCE CATEGORIES
Not sure how much power your appliances need? No worries! This infographic shows how much power common appliances use. While these are great guidelines, we recommend checking each appliances power needs for smooth performance, especially if you are using multiple devices at ones. To assist with ordering, 1kW (=1000 Watt).
We strongly recommend plugging in only one ‘POWER HUNGRY’ (>1000W) appliance per 3KW power connection.

POWER CONNECTIONS
To avoid any power cutting out , especially if you are using multiple ‘medium’ or ‘power hungry’ appliances, we strongly recommend ordering a ‘medium’, ‘large’, or ‘extra large’ power connection.

3KW BASIC POWER
This infographic shows what you can do with standard 3kW (=3000 Watt) ‘Basic Power’ connection, including what and how many appliances you can use. These are general guidelines only. We strongly recommend checking your appliances for their individual power needs to ensure a smooth performance especially when multiple devices are in use.

CAN I USE BATTERY POWER
The use of batteries to provide mains stand power is strictly prohibited, as batteries are not currently considered to be a safe source of power.
This is primarily due to the concern of being unable to identify power sources clearly within a stand and therefore to isolate power in case of a fire, as well as concerns over defects due to lack of maintenance and poor transportation and storage.
If a battery is being used at an event to power a stand this will be reported to the venue health and safety who will remove the power source from the show.
